Tent (Full Orchestra): It takes approximately 4 hours for setup & 3 hours for take down, when using our tent.
Small Group or No Tent Options: The time for these setups vary depending on the size of the group. The time will also vary depending on what arrangements are made for shelter. The best solution is to contact us so that we can give you a better estimate for your specific event.

Inside

Full Orchestra: We will need approximately 2 hours for setup & 1.5 hour for take down. (Not surprisingly, deconstructing an event takes less time than setting up everything just so.)
Small Group: It depends on what size the group is and if there are any special circumstances. The best way to figure a time line out is for you to contact us so we can come up with something tailored to your event. But for a quick general guideline it takes around 1 hour for setup & 45 minutes for take down.
