Red Hot Summer Fun

We are more than a little pleased to have been invited to participate at yet another Lake of Bays Fire Department BBQ. We sincerely enjoy the beautiful venue, is there anywhere more beautiful for a BBQ than a Muskoka beach, looking out over a gorgeous shimmering lake. We don’t think so.

We’ve been told over the years that steel pan music sounds especially sweet drifting out over the lake. Obviously, we haven’t had the opportunity to experience it that way (what with it being necessary for us to stay by our pans in order to make the music), but there is no reason you shouldn’t take a chance to enjoy it.

Then in the evening, once you’ve had a chance to enjoy a spectacular Muskoka sunset, the fireworks really begin. Quite literally, fireworks, that’s right the Lake of Bays Fire Department has spent quite a few years perfecting their fireworks display, and the event is fabulous. Just ask anyone who’s been there in the years past. So gather up the family and come enjoy a fun filled Saturday at the lake.
